I bought this sweater because it was on sale for a very good price and it was close enough to the color I wanted in the Comfort Colors sweat shirts. It’s not as thick as CC, but it is very comfortable and has that same “lived in” look. We’ll see if it holds up as well as the CC brand. I’ll try to remember to update after a few months of wash and wear.

I bought this for my 20 year old son for Christmas and he really likes it. I love the colour and so does he. It’s soft and the quality seems good. He’s washed it a few times now and it’s still nice and vibrant and soft. I would recommend.

Ordered multiple sizes in the green color for family gifts. Sweatshirt itself is nice and comfortable. Usually wear womens S/M tops (5’3″, 112), but wanted this oversized so tried both mens Small and Med. The Small fit roomy enough and sleeves were good length, but I kept the Med because it was longer and waistband was looser (however, then the sleeves were longer, too–had to roll). It didn’t seem to shrink after the first wash. As for color, if you look at the screenshot, attached, of the green/forest color on the website (left image on model) side by side with the blue/green color not worn by the model (right image), the true color of the item is very close to the blue/green color depicted in the right image.

I have bought Hanes sweatshirts for years. They really only last one season as the inside soft lining tends to pill after a year or so. This shirt is ‘by Hanes’ but not like they were. it is very much thinner and the inside is not soft, but more like the old shirts were after a year and many washings had passed by. The sweatshirt I am wearing as I type this is cozy and comfy. The new one is not. It is definitly an inferior product. I will buy sweatshirts only in person going forward so that I can make sure that I buy ones that will be comfortable.

It’s exactly what I hopped for. Quality of sweater for price is outstanding. Mine is a gorgeous minty, sage tone that is what I hoped for. However, the “crypress green” sweater on the selling page has changed from a minty green to an olive tone that’s darker. It was a different picture when I purchased mine so just keep in mind your cypress green may be different than my pictures. It’s thin yet warm, great quality. Sizing is accurate as it’s an XL mens and very oversized. I wanted large but it was sold out. No regrets, for sure buying more !!

I bought it a size up for baggy and it was perfect! Color looks great & very soft. I will likely buy more colors.

Not super soft, it’s more like the worn sweatshirt material if you know what I’m describing, but that’s also a style and I think it’s nice. What’s really great is the sleeve length. Very long. I’m tall, and this was important to me. Overall comfortable and great price

Purchased the Hanes Originals garment-dyed sweatshirt in 3XL, aiming for an oversized feel for lounging. It turns out, the design is naturally oversized, akin to a large gunny sack, making the extra size unnecessary. For my stocky build—5’9″, 233 lbs, with a 49″ chest—an XXL would have been a better choice. Despite the sizing oversight, this sweatshirt impresses with its softness and midweight fabric, striking a balance between warmth, breathability, and comfort. It offers generous room around the neck, shoulders, and underarms, enhancing its comfort for relaxed wear.
